Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with White Hat Gaming Limited as operator of the Dream Vegas online gaming service for Canadian players through dreamvegas-ca.com, including the Canadian-facing environment referred to as "Dream Vegas". By opening an account or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and apply to all play from that date onward, unless and until replaced or updated in accordance with the provisions below.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Operator means White Hat Gaming Limited, having its registered office at 85 St John Street, Valletta, VLT1165, Malta, and any affiliated entities authorized to provide the services described herein.
  • Site or Platform means the online gaming service made available to Canadian players through dreamvegas-ca.com and any related domains that redirect to it, including dreamvegas.ca and dreamvegas.com.
  • Dream Vegas means the Canadian-facing version, review layer and related content for the Dream Vegas brand as presented via dreamvegas-ca.com.
  • Dream Vegas or Dream Vegas Casino means the online casino brand operated by the Operator via the Site for Canadian players.
  • User or Player means any natural person who registers an account or otherwise uses the Site.
  • Account means a personal, single-user player account opened with the Operator through the Site.
  • Games means all online casino games, live dealer games and any other wagering products made available on the Site from time to time.
  • Bet or Wager means any stake of money placed by a Player on or through the Site in relation to the outcome of a Game.
  • Bonus means any funds, free spins, free bets, loyalty rewards or other promotional value credited by the Operator which are subject to specific conditions before withdrawal.
  • Promotion means any offer, bonus, tournament, competition or special campaign advertised or made available via the Site.
  • Payment Method means any debit/credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet, voucher, Interac or other payment instrument or channel accepted by the Operator from time to time.
  • Ontario Player means a Player who is physically located in the Province of Ontario when accessing the Site.
  • Non-Ontario Canadian Player means a Player physically located in any Canadian province or territory other than Ontario when accessing the Site.
  • Applicable Law means all laws, regulations and regulatory standards that apply to the Operator and the Player, including (for Ontario Players) the laws of Ontario and the regulatory requirements of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") and iGaming Ontario ("iGO"), and (for Non-Ontario Canadian Players) the laws of Malta as they apply under licence MGA/B2C/370/2017 and any mandatory consumer protection rules of the Player's place of residence.

Account Registration

Eligibility and age requirements

  • Minimum age: You may only open an Account if you:
    • are at least 19 years old if you are in Ontario or any Canadian province or territory where the legal gambling age is 19; and
    • are at least 18 years old where the legal gambling age is 18;
    and in all cases you must not be younger than 18 years of age.
  • Legal capacity and location: You confirm that you:
    • are a natural person acting on your own behalf;
    • are not acting for any third party or on behalf of a business; and
    • are accessing the Site only from within Canada and only where online gambling is not prohibited by Applicable Law.
  • Self-exclusion and prohibitions: You must not register if you are self-excluded with the Operator, with an Ontario-wide self-exclusion program, or otherwise prohibited from gambling by any regulator or court order.

Registration process and KYC

  • Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate personal information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested.
  • Email and contact verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address, telephone number or other contact details by responding to a message or entering a verification code before you can play or withdraw funds.
  • Know Your Customer (KYC): In order to comply with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and regulatory obligations (including AGCO/iGO and Malta Gaming Authority ("MGA") requirements), the Operator may request documents such as:
    • a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID;
    • proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
    • proof of ownership of a Payment Method; and
    • any additional information reasonably required to verify your identity, source of funds or source of wealth.
    Until verification is complete, the Operator may restrict deposits, gameplay or withdrawals.

User obligations and account security

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout your relationship with the Operator is true, complete and up to date. You must promptly update your Account details if your information changes.
  • Single account: You may hold only one Account on the Site. Opening multiple Accounts may result in closure of all Accounts, cancellation of bonuses and forfeiture of winnings.
  • Password and access security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password and any other authentication details confidential. You must not share your login credentials or permit any third party to access your Account.
  • Unauthorized use: You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.
  • Prohibited uses: You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or using stolen or unauthorised Payment Methods.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing bets and game rules

  • Game instructions: The rules, minimum/maximum stakes, payout tables and specific conditions for each Game are displayed on the Site or within the Game interface. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
  • Bet acceptance: A Bet is deemed placed when it has been accepted by the Operator's servers and appears in your game history or Account balance. If a discrepancy arises between your on-screen display and the Operator's records, the Operator's transaction logs shall prevail, subject to Applicable Law and regulator review.
  • Insufficient funds: Bets will not be accepted if your Account does not contain sufficient cleared funds.
  • Time of settlement: Bets are settled when the outcome of the relevant Game is determined by the game system or live dealer. Winnings are credited to your Account balance immediately after settlement, subject to system processing times.

Bet cancellation and errors

  • Player cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted, you may not cancel, reverse or amend it unless such functionality is expressly provided in the Game and only to the extent permitted by that Game's rules.
  • Operator errors: If a Bet is accepted or a Game is settled at incorrect odds, stakes, payouts or results due to obvious error, technical fault or human mistake, the Operator may:
    • void the affected Bets and return the stake; or
    • correct the Bet and/or settlement to reflect the correct terms that should have applied.
  • Malfunction: In the event of a malfunction of the gaming system, software or hardware, all affected Bets and Game rounds may be declared void, and any associated stakes and winnings may be cancelled, with stakes returned where appropriate. The standard rule "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

Conduct in live casino and chats

  • Respectful behaviour: When using live casino tables, chat functions or any interactive feature, you must behave respectfully and refrain from abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, hateful, threatening or otherwise offensive language or conduct.
  • No promotion or solicitation: You must not advertise or promote any products, services or competing sites, solicit other Players, or attempt to exchange contact details via chat.
  • No collusion or unfair play: Collusion, use of bots or automated tools, exploitation of software bugs, advantage play that breaches game rules, or any attempt to gain an unfair edge is strictly prohibited and may lead to Account suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds.
  • Monitoring and moderation: The Operator and its suppliers may monitor and record chats and live interactions for security, regulatory and quality purposes and may remove content or restrict access at their discretion.

Bonus Terms

Bonus activation and wagering

  • Offer-specific conditions: Each Bonus or Promotion is subject to specific terms displayed on the Site at the time of the offer, including eligibility, minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount and wagering requirements. In case of conflict, the offer-specific terms prevail over this section.
  • Activation: Bonuses may require:
    • opting in on the promotions page;
    • entering a bonus code; or
    • making a qualifying deposit or Bet.
    A Bonus is activated only when it appears in your Account.
  • Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer, Bonus funds and any associated winnings must be wagered a set number of times (e.g., 35x the bonus amount) before they may be withdrawn. Contributions of different Games toward wagering may vary or be excluded.
  • Time limits: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the offer (for example, 7 days or 30 days from activation). Unused Bonuses or incomplete wagering after the deadline may result in forfeiture of Bonus funds and related winnings.

Bonus use restrictions and prohibited actions

  • Game restrictions: Certain Games or categories (e.g., some table games, jackpot games or live dealer games) may not count or may count at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. Exclusions and contribution rates are listed in each Promotion's terms.
  • Irregular play: The following behaviours may be considered abusive or "irregular play" when using Bonus funds and may result in cancellation of the Bonus and associated winnings:
    • placing large bets that substantially exceed your average stake once a significant win has been achieved, then reducing stake size;
    • placing equal, zero-margin or low-margin bets on opposite outcomes;
    • using Bonus funds purely to progress through game features (e.g., collecting features in bonus rounds) and then completing those features with cash bets; or
    • colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements.
  • Combining promotions: Unless expressly permitted, you may only participate in one active welcome Bonus or first-deposit Promotion at a time. Bonuses cannot generally be combined or stacked, and wagering on one Bonus may not count toward another.
  • Ontario-specific limitation: For Ontario Players, the advertisement and availability of Bonuses and Promotions are subject to AGCO and iGO rules. Certain offers may only be displayed or made available once you are logged in and verified as an Ontario Player. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Ontario-specific promotional terms, the regulator-compliant Ontario terms prevail.

Bonus cancellation

  • By Player: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus at any time via the Site or customer support. If you cancel a Bonus, remaining Bonus funds and associated winnings will generally be forfeited, while your real-money balance will remain available.
  • By Operator: The Operator may remove, adjust or refuse a Bonus if it reasonably believes that:
    • you have breached these Terms or the specific promotional terms;
    • you are engaging in Bonus abuse, fraud or irregular play; or
    • technical or human error has resulted in an incorrect Bonus credit.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment Methods: The Site may support various Payment Methods, including but not limited to:
    • debit and credit cards;
    • Interac and similar Canadian online banking solutions;
    • selected e-wallets; and
    • for Non-Ontario Canadian Players and only where permitted by Applicable Law and the Operator's policies, certain cryptocurrencies.
    Available options depend on your location and may change from time to time.
  • Ownership of funds: You may only use Payment Methods registered in your own name. The Operator may request proof of ownership and may reject payments made from third-party accounts.
  • Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction or per period, as well as any applicable fees or currency conversion charges, are displayed on the cashier page. The Operator aims not to charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may do so.
  • Deposit processing times: Deposits are normally credited to your Account immediately upon authorization but may be delayed due to third-party processing, security checks or technical issues.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal conditions: You may withdraw available real-money balances, subject to:
    • completion of KYC verification;
    • satisfaction of wagering requirements for any active Bonuses; and
    • compliance with these Terms and Applicable Law (including anti-money laundering checks).
  • Withdrawal method: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same Payment Method used for deposit. The Operator may require you to choose an alternative method if the original method does not support withdrawals.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within 1 - 3 business days). Additional time may be required for security reviews or external payment processing.
  • Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, and any fees (if applicable), are set out on the cashier page. The Operator may apply daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal caps, subject to Applicable Law and regulator approval.

Chargebacks, refunds and adjustments

  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Operator may:
    • deduct the disputed amount and any associated costs from your Account balance;
    • suspend or close your Account; and
    • report the matter to relevant authorities or regulators.
  • Refunds of deposits: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for Bets. In limited circumstances (for example, technical errors or responsible gambling interventions), the Operator may, at its discretion and where permitted by law, refund unused deposit funds.
  • Refunds of Bets and Bonuses: Validly placed and resolved Bets are normally final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Where an error, malfunction or regulatory requirement justifies voiding a Bet or Promotion, the Operator's liability is limited to refunding the stake or restoring the Bonus balance, as described in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Operator obligations

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator is licensed and regulated for Ontario Players by AGCO/iGO (see iGaming Ontario operator directory) and for Non-Ontario Canadian Players by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence number MGA/B2C/370/2017 (see MGA verification). Games are provided by reputable suppliers using certified random number generators and audited processes.
  • Information security: The Operator implements information security controls consistent with international standards such as ISO 27001 for the protection of your personal and financial data.
  • Accuracy of results: The Operator strives to ensure that game results, balances and transaction records are accurate and reflected correctly on the Site, subject to correction for obvious errors and malfunctions.

Exclusions and limitations

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service: The Site and Games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from:
    • internet or network failures;
    • hardware or software malfunctions on your device;
    • delays or interruptions due to maintenance; or
    • events beyond the Operator's reasonable control (force majeure).
  • Financial risk: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, and the Operator does not provide financial or legal advice.
  • Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
  • Maximum compensation: In relation to any single Bet, Game or transaction, the Operator's maximum liability to you, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed:
    • the amount of the stake placed in that Bet or Game; or
    • where the Bet or Game was settled incorrectly, the amount you would have been entitled to receive if it had been correctly settled,
    whichever is lower, subject always to any higher minimum liability required by Applicable Law.

Mandatory rights

  • Consumer protection: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Applicable Law, including any non-excludable rights you may have under Canadian consumer protection legislation or, where applicable, under Maltese law.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • Site content: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software and underlying source code, is owned by the Operator, its group companies or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Branding: The "Dream Vegas", "Dream Vegas Casino", "dreamvegas-ca.com", "dreamvegas.ca", "dreamvegas.com" names, associated logos and any other brand elements are trademarks or unregistered marks owned or licensed by the Operator and may not be used without prior written consent.

Permitted use

  • Limited licence: Subject to these Terms, the Operator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and Games solely for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.
  • Prohibited acts: You must not, without the Operator's prior written consent:
    • copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Site or its software;
    • distribute, transmit, publicly display, sell, rent or otherwise exploit any content or software from the Site;
    • use any automated system or software to extract data (including screen-scraping or data mining); or
    • remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data in connection with Dream Vegas and the Site are governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy, which is made available on dreamvegas-ca.com. That policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
  • Compliance: The Operator processes personal data in accordance with Applicable Law, including applicable data protection and privacy legislation, and implements technical and organizational measures consistent with recognized standards such as ISO 27001.
  • Purpose of processing: Your data may be used for purposes including account management, KYC and anti-money laundering checks, transaction processing, regulatory reporting (for example, to AGCO/iGO or the MGA), responsible gambling monitoring and marketing where permitted by law and your preferences.
  • Your rights: Your rights in relation to your personal data, and information on how to exercise them, are described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

  • Right to modify: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, regulatory guidance, product offerings, technology or business operations.
  • Notification of changes: Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance, which may include:
    • sending an email to the address registered to your Account;
    • displaying a prominent notice or banner on the Site; or
    • presenting the updated Terms upon your next login.
  • Effective date: The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice or in the updated document. Continued use of the Site after that date will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • Disagreement with changes: If you do not agree with any amendment to the Terms, you must stop using the Site, close your Account in accordance with these Terms and, where applicable, withdraw any remaining eligible funds.

Termination & Suspension

By the Player

  • Account closure: You may close your Account at any time by:
    • using the Account closure or "self-exclusion" tools available on the Site; or
    • contacting customer support with a clear request to close your Account.
  • Self-exclusion and limits: Tools for setting deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion periods are available on the Site, in line with Applicable Law and responsible gambling standards (including AGCO/iGO requirements for Ontario Players). Use of these tools may temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the Site.

By the Operator

  • Grounds for suspension or termination: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold or cancel Bets, Bonuses and winnings, and/or restrict your access to the Site if it reasonably believes that:
    • you have breached these Terms or any Game or promotional rules;
    • you have provided false or misleading information;
    • you are involved in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful activity;
    • your Account is linked to chargebacks, payment disputes or unauthorized use of Payment Methods;
    • you have engaged in collusion, cheating, bonus abuse or use of prohibited software; or
    • such action is required by a regulator, law enforcement agency or Applicable Law.
  • Investigation: During any investigation, the Operator may suspend your Account and freeze funds until the investigation is complete and any regulatory reporting requirements have been satisfied.
  • Notification: Where permitted by law and regulator guidance, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to inform you of the reasons for suspension or closure, using the contact details registered to your Account.

Consequences of termination

  • Funds on closure: Upon closure of your Account (whether by you or the Operator), any remaining real-money balance, less any amounts owed (such as chargebacks or fees), will be returned to you using an appropriate Payment Method, subject to Applicable Law, regulator approval and successful completion of KYC checks.
  • Bonuses and winnings: On Account closure, all unused Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements may be cancelled, except where Applicable Law or a regulator requires otherwise.
  • Record keeping: The Operator may retain records relating to closed Accounts for the period required by law or regulation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Ontario Players

  • Applicable law: For Ontario Players, these Terms, your Account and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
  • Regulation: The Operator's Ontario offering is regulated by AGCO and conducted in partnership with iGaming Ontario. Information about the Operator's authorization can be found at iGaming Ontario's operator directory.
  • Dispute resolution: If you have a complaint, you must first contact customer support. If your complaint is not resolved, it may be escalated internally. Where required or permitted by AGCO/iGO rules, you may further escalate your complaint to an independent dispute resolution body or to AGCO/iGO, as applicable.
  • Courts of Ontario: Subject to any mandatory dispute resolution process prescribed by AGCO/iGO or Applicable Law, you agree that the courts of Ontario shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

Non-Ontario Canadian Players

  • Applicable law: For Non-Ontario Canadian Players, these Terms, your Account and your use of the Site (including Dream Vegas) are, to the extent permitted by local law, governed by the laws of Malta, under which the Operator is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (licence MGA/B2C/370/2017).
  • Mandatory local rights: Notwithstanding the above, you may have the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your province or territory of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any such non-excludable rights.
  • Jurisdiction: Subject to mandatory local rights and any applicable ADR schemes, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Malta. Where required by Applicable Law, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms may be made available.
